Neil Grupp is the only person I let cut my hair! Since 2019, I have been a loyal customer and will continue to shout from the rooftops that he gives the absolute best haircuts! I am not kidding when I say he is the only person I will ever let cut my hair from now on. He is an absolute master! Beyond being an incredible artist, he also is an amazing kind, genuine, and ambitious person. He closely listens to you and makes sure that he is delivering what you want and checks in with you every snip of the way.

Before meeting and finding Neil, getting my hair cut was always an anxiety inducing experience. I have very long blonde hair with wavy texture and all previous hairdressers wouldn’t listen to me when I said I don’t want layers or I don’t want it too short… and previous hairdressers would not listen to these requests. Inevitably, I’d leave a salon with layered hair that was shorter than I wanted, wishing I could find someone who’d really listen to me. Then I found Neil!

Thanks to Neil, I never have to worry about that. Every haircut is the best haircut, totally aligned with my goals, and an amazing experience throughout. Also thanks to Neil, I had the hair of my dreams for my wedding in 2021!

I'm so happy I found Neil, and am over the moon about my new, very cool French bob. Neil took off at least 6 inches, and it was a big deal for me to get such a dramatic haircut as I've never had a good bob before. I have very thick, black, Asian hair, which is tricky for short haircuts as it can easily look blocky or bushy. Neil managed to make my hair look nearly identical to my reference picture, and it's the effortless 90s look I've always wanted but never managed to get. The wonderful thing about Neil is that he is very easy to talk to and is extremely attentive. If you look at his instagram, he's worked in high fashion and with celebrities, but he is so down to earth and takes the time to explain his approach so you feel totally at ease.
