This was the best Santa experience, hands down! My best friend and I have been going to see Santa since we were little girls. We have kept up the tradition with the little ones in our family ever since, so we have a vast amount of experience visiting Santa and the various experiences that he has to offer. This year was nothing short of magical. They managed to incorporate much of the magic that is associated with Santa to create moments that were simply awe inspiring. Our little ones kept asking how Santa knew about their accomplishments throughout the year (yes, parents you have a little sheet to fill out before your visit). Throughout the visit, they provided a photographer that documented the visit. Our family had a wonderful experience at Santa’s Secret Workshop. On arrival, my three year old was very interested (and honestly suspicious) as to where Santa could possibly have been until the receptionist encouraged him to close his eyes to think of some special Christmas magic. Seeing the excitement beam from his face as the receptionist transformed into an elf and a custodial closet opened up to Santa’s workshop was something my husband and I will always treasure. He explored the festive space and was stunned when he heard the “ho-ho-ho” laughter come from behind a secret wall. When Santa came out, our son was speechless and beyond excited. Best Santa experience ever! We visited this Santa's Secret Workshop a few days prior to Christmas and the experience was amazing! Both Carl (owner) and the actors were absolutely wonderful. They were great and engaging with the kids and shared plenty of side-laughs with the adults. This space was beautifully done with endless lovely details. Santa was so sweet and funny, the kids loved him. The pictures were also great - I did not expect to receive so many high-quality and wonderful pictures! This personalized, immersive, and beautiful Santa workshop was the best I've ever experienced. It is well-worth the cost to create wonderful memories with kids, walk away with great family pictures, and avoid any long lines and difficulty in other Santa meet-and-greet options.
