Getting vulnerable here for a moment (top photo 🤮) & steering away from my usual hair post. My nails have been an insecurity of mine forever! My cuticles were always so dry from doing keratin treatments all day, & my polish never would last (even gel). Today I finally listened to all my friends & clients advice & tried a Russian manicure!! MAGICAL! They cleaned up every bit of my cuticles, actually painted the entire nail, & made them look sooo much better. The attention to detail & cuticle care was just amazing.

The salon is Israeli-owned (you know I love supporting Jewish businesses) & the owner Shany is the sweetest & is extremely attentive, going around making sure every client is being treated perfectly, educates them through the process and takes the time to get to know them personally. Extremely OVERPRICED. i received a manicure and pedicure. Both were overpriced. I received 3 nail repairs and two of them came off two weeks after getting my nails done. The repair alone was completely overpriced ($20 per nail). Customer Service was really good but when I got finished I was charged a service fee for using my credit card and tax which I was not aware of until the moment came to pay. In the end I wasted my money because my nails didn't last for the holiday.

Edit based off owner replied: I told the TRUTH regarding my experience. There is no need for you to LIE on your reply. My nails are VERY healthy and were VERY healthy at the time of service. I even have the picture that I sent you via text of my hand prior to arriving to your shop. There is no need for you to LIE. Your service is OVERPRICED and did not last.

There's not enough stars for this business! They take care of you and your specific needs so professionally and really know customer service! They are dedicated to making you feel welcome and part of their team. I came to Shiny nails with extremely damaged nails, on a referral, and they have fixed the problem in less than 3 months. Never have I experienced such precise care. I have to say, this was 1 of the best experiences of my life with being in a vulnerable state and having to put my trust into this process.
