5 stars for their regular slice, tasty crunchy, Not Floppy 3 stars for pepperoni that was half crispy, half floppy, random middle mushy spots excessively oil pooled pepperoni 3 stars for service because I only had 20 mins to grab pizza walk while eating and get to work on 5thave. So I wanted to call ahead of time while already walking there- place my order for slices to go. I wanted to walk in pay for pizza with cash and out the door 1 min max because No One else was in there at time. That Didn't happen

Cashier answered the phone and said something about online orders - left me on hold for 6 mins that I was still on the phone when I walked into the shop to order in person THEY don't do phone orders for pick up at all but don't bother to hang up the phone either Got told to Use an App service. But why? The wait, it is 35 minutes minimum, and pay extra on food prices for using the app/picking up my own food. Their website is down, and Google shows only available to order on grubhub GO IN PERSON TO ORDER for Best price and don't be in any type of RUSH, but you know this is only NYC I'll try a...

I must preface this review by stating that I absolutely love the pizza offerings of Williamsburg Pizza. The UES location a relatively new addition to the neighborhood looks and feels fantastic as you are peering out onto 2nd Avenue from the corner shop on 84th street. I ordered the turtufo and paesano slices, my main goto selection when I partake at this pizzeria. The paesano slice was perfection as the marriage of flavors between roasted peppers and the sweet sausage melted in my mouth. The tartufo which is by far my favorite slice was lackluster, there was barely any truffle taste and came off as being a little dry...not what I expect when I usually get a phenomenal slice whenever I choose this option. I will definitely revisit this location and try the other slices again. Maybe it was an off...

Every pizza place in UES has been kinda disappointing. I’ve been meaning to go to Williamsburg Pizza for a while, because every time I pass by, the pizza looks incredible. I’m so glad I went tonight. This place has, hands down, the best slice in the neighborhood. I was audibly saying “Mmm” with every folded-in-half bite of my cheese slice. Thin, crispy crust, good sauce, and a generous amount of sauce too (key!). For my second slice, I debated between the vegan and the mushroom. The guy behind the counter repeatedly said he loved the vegan, so I went with that one. It did not disappoint! Delicious combination of vegetables and sauce atop perfect crust. A couple of ladies next to me got margherita and that looked great too. Can’t...

Skip the GF Grandma pizza here. I went against my better judgement and cheated on my regular GF pizza place, Mimi’s on 86th, because Williamsburg has a GF grandma pie. Grandma pizza is/was my favorite kind prior to going gluten free so I was excited and willing to pay the hefty $25 price tag. I was definitely shocked being given such a tiny box when I went to pick it up and disappointed opening the box. I immediately could tell it was dry, there wasn’t enough sauce and for some reason actually seeing the size of the pizza for the price paid pissed me off. I wasn’t a fan of the texture of the crust either, it was very wet and mushy.

I was fronting on this spot for a bit. If I had to be critical, I’d say the pizza on display didn’t draw me in. Then I started ordering this cup & char grandma pie. Forgive the picture, I can’t seem to take a pic before I start eating. The crust is 🔥. Def would recommend. Don’t need to put anything on it. Maybe a few red pepper flakes. Regular pie is great too. I like the sauce ratio. Doesn’t taste like ur average slice. I guess this is Brooklyn style??? If ur fave place is closed for corona. This spot def isn’t. Go get you a grandma pepperoni

Very chill pizza shop, didn’t look busy when we came. The worker was nice and quiet. The classic slice was good, I like a crispy dough and it was a nice crispy with a satisfying crunch. I got the apple bacon slice, honestly it was very greasy and that kind of took over other component that would have complemented the bacon. I definitely think it’s a combo that works however the apples weren’t enough and I would be eating grease with a mild sweet taste of the apple.
