i purchased 6 laser treatments, most technicians are nice except for one, I had her twice every single time it was unpleasant. she didn't know I had purchased 6 treatments and wasn't sure for what areas of my body, i tried to explain and she was rude and said " I don't want to waste time and discuss this". so I just shut up. then during and at the end of the two treatments she always try to make me buy very expensive products, that one of the other technician later told me i didn't need one of the products I purchased for my treatment at all. she gets annoyed and it shows on her face if you don't purchase product she tries/forces you to. i stop...

My appointment at Skinny Spa was quick, easy and extremely pleasant! Denise was very kind and helpful in setting up my appointment, then checking me in and out in a timely and professional manner. Alexa is by far the best injector I have ever come across (and I am a consistent 15+ year Botox user). Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, understanding and with the gentlest touch! I can't say enough good things about her! Previously I only got injected by dermatologists or plastic surgeons, but from now on I hope to only work with Alexa. She was amazing! Went here for a biologique recherche facial at their opening. Everyone was really lovely and I appreciated the juices and treats for the opening. They were running a little behind and very apologetic and checked to make sure I had enough time to have my facial. Everyone was really knowledgable and there wasn't a push for products but instead really listened and advised of what might help my skin.
