Sky Flowers — Local services in New York

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been coming here since I've lived in greenpoint which is 15+ years, and yesterday my dad bought my mom a bouquet of 29 roses for the years they've together (which cost at least $80) and the greenery added into it was literally rotting. They thought we wouldn't open the wrapping on the bouquet and see the rotting part but you can quite literally smell the rot. Not only that the bow looked like it was smushed in there or carelessly added. It's even more frustrating considering that we've been customers for as long as we've been and my dad also left this woman a TIP. Ridiculous behavior and I can't believe they'd do something like this to basically...

I bought a SMALL arrangement for my son after his foot surgery. Within 5 days the flowers were already wilting, and they died a day later. We did check and water the flowers when they seemed dry. I paid $20 for this teeny arrangement. While my son was very appreciative, I was not at all happy with my purchase. I will not be buying flowers from this...
