SNIPES — Local services in New York

The service my son and I experienced yesterday at your Kings Plaza outlet was HORRIBLE at best. There was no attention to detail, effective communication, or genuine concern for us as customers. ANY distraction from serving us would do to show they really weren't concerned in not just serving us but ensuring we had a good experience and thus...make a sale. Don't believe me, view the security footage. If you understand sales and marketing, telling others about our experience, thus leading to more generation of traffic...which translates into potential increased revenue in certain circumstances is a major pillar to a business's success. The challenge with this is for every good experience customers average telling six people where as every bad experience they tell nine people. To be honest, the reason your sales representatives were hired is to represent you, the supervisors, the managers, the owner's values...in carrying out the business model/plan. If this is your mindset, disrespectful customer service, history dictates, you will not be in business long. (At least not this outlet.) In closing, I won't tell you how to run your business but I will tell you that some basic training is needed at the staff, supervision and managerial levels. There may be some underlying issues regarding relationships that need to be hashed out in order to turn the culture of this outlet around. I had a terrible experience at Snipes Kings Plaza. I could not get service every time I asked an employee for something they would look at me as if I was annoying them. I asked the cashier for a paper receipt she refused and said they do not give paper receipts the only way is to have an email to you. I've been to other Snipes and this has never happened to me. When I asked one of the associates to help me with a pair of sneakers. He just looked at me and walked away. He came back 15 minutes later and just slammed the Box on the counter and walked away. When I asked him if those were my sneakers he just looked at me with a dirty look said nothing and walked away. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and I will never go back to Snipes Kings Plaza everyone in that store was rude. They all look like they hated their lives...

WORSE experience ever, if I could put 0stars I would, young cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Threw my stuff in the bag and was making smart comments, basically treated me and my family like trash while we were spending our money. CRAZY, I’m not going to argue with anyone especially in front of my young babies, there management which was a young Spanish girl and a chubby girl was standing right there and said nothing. Whoever runs this store needs to have a serious conversation with them, I will most likely not go back to this store , they were to unprofessional for me. There were some other good workers in the store but that cashier and manager needs to go. I give this store a straight 0 stars. Ridiculous, and I spent a good grip in there. No one should ever be treated like that I believe she needs to be fired along...
