From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe! I was initially rushing and stressed about not having cash for a tip so I made a b-line to the ATM after signing in. The the receptionist, Katrina, put me at ease, letting me know it was no problem and that I could use the ATM after the massage if needed. She then guided me to the serenity area — a peaceful space with comfy seating, beach-themed wallpaper, and a TV showing calming ocean waves. It was the perfect way to decompress.
A few minutes later, my massage therapist, Susan, came to collect me and took me to my room. On the way, we passed another cozy serenity area — such a thoughtful touch throughout the space.
Susan was amazing! Usually, I leave massages wishing the therapist had focused more on certain tight spots, but Susan spent extra time working on exactly the areas that needed it most. She even stretched out my hips and shoulders, which I really appreciated since those are often stiff and sore for me.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but Katrina kindly asked — and honestly, the experience was so incredible that I felt moved to share. I’m actually writing this while relaxing in the serenity room, sipping complimentary champagne, feeling completely calm, relaxed, and grateful. They also just gifted me two exfoliating spa soaps (pictured).

Read moreI went to this location today ( 1st time). The two stars are for the nail tech. Who did a nice job ( Thank you Leslie). Now, for the woman that does the check in. She was just weird. During, my pedicure she started a conversation. Making comments...not relaxing!!! Asked inappropriate questions while I was drying my nails. Pushing me for a membership. And, once my nails were dry and I made mention I would think about the membership at another time. As I was about to leave, she had the nerve to ask if I left a tip for the nail tech. What!? Yes, I did tip the nail tech for her service. Yet, it's none of your business considering you are working at the front desk. She made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I called to make a comment in regards to the situation. The woman over the phone told me I could make up for it at another location. Unfortunately, the damage is done. My "relaxing spa" mani and pedi (which was just a basic mani and pedi) turned into the feeling of just wanting the experience to end. I hope no one else experiences what I had to experience.
I had an exceptional experience at the spa, and I want to highlight the wonderful service provided by Katrina, the receptionist, and Nancy, the masseuse.

Her attention to detail and genuine kindness set a positive tone for the entire visit. She also took the time to answer all of my questions and offered helpful recommendations for services, which I really appreciated.
Nancy, the masseuse, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive to my needs and took the time to understand the areas I wanted focused on. Her technique was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Nancy's professionalism and skill were top-notch, and I felt like I was in expert hands the entire time.
