Do not come to this salon. I had a good first experience with a woman I forget the name of, but the second I just had was HORRIBLE. Cristina was extremely rude and I do not recommend her. I asked for a French dip manicure and I chose my base color. Unfortunately I didn’t like the color I chose and she had done my first hand (just the base) but I decided to speak up and apologize since I was paying almost $200 for this OVER PRICED manicure. She immediately got irritated and was extremely annoyed that I asked her to take it off. She was deeply sighing with frustration and spoke to me with a very rude tone. So unprofessional!! And then I decide I don’t want a French anymore since she had no idea what base color to use for me and I picked the wrong one myself. So she lets me pick a red. She tells someone to get the red I picked out. And they come back with the wrong red. I let her do one or two nails thinking maybe it just looks different in the container but I realize that it just is simply not the color I picked out. So I speak up again and apologize saying that this is not the red I picked out. She gets angry AGAIN and says to me that she is not going to take it off???? Like what do you mean you’re not taking off the color I didn’t want? This time was purely not my fault and I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me. So I let her finish my hand, in shock that she spoke to me that way, and said I would pay for what she did but I refuse to let her continue since this is not the color I wanted. Probably realizing she would lose business, she asked me if I wanted to take it off and I said yes and she then took of my polish and let me choose another color. The manicure wasn’t bad in the end but the disrespect towards me was very unsettling!!! Don’t go here if you want to pay a reasonable price for a manicure and I would NOT...

More than just a great manicure; this place made me feel like a million bucks. I was a last minute walk in on a busy summer Sunday the day before my vacation and they took me immediately no questions asked, got me in and out but didn’t rush on a difficult job (haven’t had a mani pedi in a year eek!!). They had a technician on my feet and a technician on my toes but it wasn’t annoying it was just fast and comfy. I came in with really sore inflamed toes after 2 nights of dancing with my girlfriends. Here comes the gross part if you want the TMI deets on how good they did. The pedicurist did an amazing job getting year-old crust off and polishing up my blisters without popping any of them. The massage left me feeling like I had new feet. I watched them get rid of all the supplies they used on me and thank god y’all. Very sanitary. Very comfortable. Amazing vibe too. Mix of older and younger women, everyone quiet but you could probably make a friend if you’re gregarious like that. The owner came up to a young lady and recognized her, she had just gotten married and the owner stopped to ask about the wedding and look at pictures. The lady doing my nails chatted with me about her family just like the ladies at my moms salon used to do in the 90s in the Midwest. This place doesn’t feel like an NYC nail salon. Feels very home-y....

I found this spot a few months ago and loved it. For a regular mani I recommend Vero(veronica but they call her vero) she’s very careful with the nail&you can tell she if very meticulous, so I always end up walking out happy knowing she cares about her work&making someone happy. The photos I uploaded are a set of extensions with a gel overlay done by Jenny(natural Pink as a base&“love is in the bare” sheer OPI gel as the color on top. Jenny is also awesome. She shapes my nails very well&does exactly what I ask for&also gives great nail advice. I feel so confident whenever she does my extensions. I came back after a few weeks for a fill also done by Jenny. Not disappointed once again. I wanted the same exact nails except topped with a holographic ombre that was done by Ruth. Ruth usually does ombres but has never done a holographic one so she took a leap&trusted her gut. Everyone at the salon made me walk around&show them the results from how insane it looked including the owner.The only thing that hurts are the prices to be honest, it’s extremely pricey so I try my best to go at least once a month because I cannot afford to go...
