I do not recommend this place at all. I've been here a few times and honestly each time the service was subpar and usually pretty bad. They don't ever want to tell you how long the wait is so they have you sit down waiting to 'keep you happy' or have someone do a half ass job while they're doing two people at once.

My last visit was awful and it's why I felt I needed to write this. I needed to get my get manicure removed and they said it would be a 15 minute wait. I stood by the door waiting and after a few minutes they told me to sit. someone rushed to put the remover and aluminum foil on my fingers and didn't come back for 20 minutes, which is double the amount of time you should have it on your fingers. So at some point I just took it off myself and then someone came over. I noticed my fingers were prune from it, which has never happened before. The next day I noticed a rash on my hands which I've never had and read it could likely be from too much exposure to the chemicals in the nail polish remover. Their lack of care and ignoring me when I asked for help caused me to get a rash.

Awful experience tonight! Do not go here! My second visit. The first was fine. Was treated poorly & rudely from the moment I walked in. Waited with zero communication for no employee to do my nails or update me. Since they all speak and understand English this is strange. Around 15 mins in patiently waiting this was resolved. The gel colour didn’t come out as on the bottle. Nothing close. It is insidious. I was clear this wasn’t ok right away and forced to accept in a rushed manner multiple colours mixed together. The result is very sloppy and uneven. The whole experience was very stressful. The woman hurt my fingers on multiple occasions in the process. Upon paying they had the cheek to tell me I have to tip. When it’s clear nails look bad and I wasn’t happy. No apology, no offer to put it right tomorrow. Since They were closing, I would have accepted that resolution. I’ve paid $40 for horrendous looking nails with a poor finish. Heading to an event tonight with this is unacceptable. There is no contact info or website. I went to get a pedicure last week, and the nail technician, Kelly, provided terrible service. She worked way too fast and even cut my toe until it bled. Now it looks infected.
