I went to this location to upgrade my current equipment and I was assisted by the worse customer service in this place. His name is Carlos. He was very aggressive adn unprofessional when it came to answer legitimate questions we had about our long time service. Shortly after arriving at this place I noticed that he was watching anime with his co-workers, I think that I just maybe interrupted his episode. He wanted me out of that place asap. He couldn't add some Channels that I was missing on my TV Choice 15+ Channels, TV Select package. He told me to call customer service because that was no longer done through them at the location. First the internet device kept disconnecting from electricity cable so i glued it. YET, the internet still disconnects by itself multiple times during the day. It’s so annoying and inconvenient when i am working on something important online and it cuts in the middle of my work. And then i have to wait 10-15 minutes each time for mr internet device to come back on the time it wishes. Called customer service. Read moreTotal Waste of Time, Zero Help. After spending 1.5 HOURS in their store, Spectrum told me they CANT transfer my lease—even though I still have 10 months left. Instead, they said I’d have to cancel my current lease and sign a brand new one. When I pushed for solutions, they just told me to ask online customer service basically passing me around instead of fixing the problem.
