Came here back in January and honestly thought it would’ve been a good time for an event they were hosting “Reggaeton on the Roof”. Me and my group got there before 11pm and they weren’t letting anyone else up on the rooftop cause it was at “maximum capacity“ which didn’t make sense to me cause I saw people coming down the stairs and it was also early ? The guy in charge of letting people in was saying to just go in the venue on the first floor (That was super packed you had to squeeze through people if you wanted to get through at all). My group saw people leaving that area and honestly we came to go to the rooftop so I spoke to the guy again and said that it made no sense that it was maximum capacity if there was multiple people leaving the rooftop? (Many groups were all coming down from the staircase which I guess should’ve been a sign it sucked up there) Anyways turns out the elevator was out of service and that’s why people were coming down the stairs from the rooftop. So he says “Well go ahead but don’t come back down and tell me I was right”. We go upstairs 10 flights
I can’t believe it either but we were determined to have a goodnight as all of our friends came out this night together and we had already there for a while waiting on line for them to scan our tickets. We get upstairs
. He literally lied to us, upstairs seemed so much less packed not at all like the downstairs venue. The view there was nice don’t get me wrong and they played a few good songs but the margarita I ordered tasted nasty and had me feeling pretty weird after just 1 (Which usually I have 2-4 drinks if I go out and I’ll feel fine) so there was that. There were only three or maybe two bartenders and the bar was pretty wide but we waited like 20-30 minutes altogether to have our drink order taken and get our drinks. The bartender I got was kinda rude when I asked her a question and maybe she was stressed out cause everyone was waiting to order, who knows. The atmosphere sucked, wasn’t really anything special about this place and no one was really dancing while we were there Btw there was only ONE SINGLE BATHROOM up there. No stalls just one door, that led to one toilet and the line was extremely long to use it, some of these girls looked like they were gonna pee themselves. My friend waited 30 minutes or more on the br line and I know that for a fact because I had been at the bar ordering drinks also waiting for 20-30 minutes and came back and while she had gotten closer to the front of the line she was still waiting. When we left around 1 the elevator wasn’t working still so we went down 10 flights of stairs. Overall I never really write reviews but I saw this place while I was in the area the other day and I just remembered how much it SUCKED. Truly one of the worst spots I’ve checked out in NYC and I love the night scene. Just thought anyone who plans on going should know. You’re better off going to any other rooftop or club.

Came here for the Noche Buena Christmas Bar event. It was a Latin themed Christmas pop-up bar. Lets start by saying we were greeted with friendly security guards. In the lobby there were two ladies who were doing check in. By the elevator there was a female security guard who was super friendly letting people on to the elevators. There is only one small elevator. Immediately I was annoyed when staff members stated we were not allowed on the rooftop due to a private event. Part of the main reason we went was to be able to see the views on the rooftop along with taking pictures with the photo props. Once we reach the event space we immediately did not like the vibes of this place. Yes, it was decorated nice for Christmas, however it looked like a mix of Mexican theme décor with Christmas decorations. Upon entering we could feel the heat. There were little tables set up with two bar stools throughout the venue. However there was no tables or chairs available. We immediately went to the bar. The drink menu were pricey. We were at the bar for a good 10-15 minutes and no one came to ask us if we wanted to order anything. We didn't order anything at the moment since no bartender there was attentive. My mind was mentally checked out on staying, but I said lets give it a few more minutes to see. The music the Dj was playing was not good. Not to our liking. It seems the Dj stuck to playing Latin rock music which is not our vibes at all. Dj should be playing a variety of music. Next was coat check. Coat check is across the bar. Its literally a hole in the wall space. Super tiny. Lady at the coat check greeted us with an attitude. Very unpleasant. She explained that she had no more space at the moment to give her about ten minutes. You can tell she was frustrated. I waited by coat check only to witness an intoxicated lady come to coat check saying they gave her the wrong jacket. The lady took it upon herself to break in to coat check and dig through all the jackets to find hers. Staff member did absolutely nothing but give an attitude. Coats were thrown all over the ground and on top of a bench. Some jackets had tickets on them while others didn't. It was an absolute disaster. I done seen enough within just the few minutes I was there. I knew we immediately had to leave. We wind up walking to the bar again. Once again no bartender approach us to take our order. My ladies and I took a picture and we called an Uber. By far the most trashy and over hyped place I've been too. Between not having access to the rooftop, no bartender attending customers, no food could be order, coat check disaster, Dj was not good. Just within those twenty five minutes that we were there we witness a whole disaster. I do not know how this place is up and running. I'm going to look in to seeing how we can be reimbursed because this place is a zoo. Definitely not worth the hype and money.

I hosted my engagement party here and it was the BEST decision we could have made! The views are absolutely STUNNING - with an unforgettable landscape of the city. We ordered some food for all of our 25 guests and everything was delicious!! 🌃 đŸ’« We originally hosted the party on the rooftop outdoors and the seating arrangements were perfect! It was a little chilly towards midnight so they moved our large party indoors where we got to continue the festivities in the warmth. There was a DJ playing all kinds of music catering to everyone’s taste - the younger and older crowd. The waitresses were also so attentive, kind and fun! 🎉 I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Manny for being the best event coordinator and helping us make this special moment even more memorable. He was so communicative, generous and accommodating. We will definitely revisit this place and excited to make more memories here. 👏 HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!!! đŸ€©

After seeing this place on IG and TikTok I was eager to visit. This place is so beautiful with so much potential but lacked eveything!. We went today on a Sunday it was EMPTY .. ok no problem. We did brunch, food was $30 for steak n eggs and I actually enjoyed it. They offered bottomless mimosas and Bellinis. They taste great but for $25 for each person they were pretty weak. We had 5 drinks a piece and didn’t feel anything. But they did taste good. The DJ started around 6pm and was terrible. Music selection was all over the place. By now there’s a couple ppl in there but no one is vibing cause the music was not it! Drinks are over priced n not made well. Very sweet. Very weak for the price! I was charged $6 for a cup of soda. The crazy part was the 20% gratuity automatically added to each bill !!!!!! I was floored!! Especially when we had 2 bills so the waitress got tipped 20% twice! But nothin blew my mind more than being charged $65 for hooka!!!! I should’ve asked the price first but I never imagined that’s what I’ll be charged!!! The second bill was 2 drinks, chips, and a soda cost me $80!!! These are upscale manhattan venue prices!! And I understand LIC rent for a business is probably sky high but you can’t have high end prices with low quality service! The waitress was nice. But yea, i definitely won’t be returning. Sorry! Amazing view, beautiful place, decent food. Oh and good luck...
