Let me write a short review while the taste is still fresh on my mind, eh'hem mouth. I had the Al Pastor burrito and it was so full of flavor. I was surprised how good the taste of all the ingredients were. Most important to me was how clean (spotless) the inside and outside of this truck was! a burrito at the big box store down the road is at least 5 bucks more and not nearly the flavor. I grabbed the quesadilla and it was fenomenal. I chose chicken as the meat and it was flavorful, juicy, and some of the best I’ve had. A lot of flavor and ingredients packed into one quesadilla. It’s not the standard picture of what a quesadilla may look like but was much more flavorful so I did not mind. As someone who grew up in the Latino culture this is very authentic!
