🚊 For just $0, there’s a fun adventure to Madison Scare Park at the 31st Street Station inside select @Spirit Halloween locations! This is such a fun, free Halloween experience for anyone to enjoy with spooky animatronics and a haunted subway theme with fun characters inside. We walked up and were told we had to wait in line for 10 mins to get into the store. From the outside we could clearly see it wasn’t packed and barely anyone was inside. Come to find out that all the waiting is to accommodate people making Tik Toks and taking pics It’s one thing to accept in this day and age the costumes are overly priced and cheaply made (it’s not on Spirit that’s the whole Halloween costume industry) but I shouldn’t be kept waiting in line for over 10 mins like I’m going into a club to enter a store with cheaply made costumes made mostly of polyester, pay $65.00 for the thing to rip on wear one. The selection was organized but no real signage to show what the diff types are - I would avoid unless you’re looking for a video or picture with one of their animatronics 🤷🏻‍♀️

Edit: Spirit Halloween reached out following my review and arranged a refund to my PayPal account, which arrived today! Was not expecting any recourse so very happy! Thank you Spirit!

Was going to give a massive 5stars for the store on 7th Ave NYC.. 1st trip to US and couldn't not visit a spirit halloween shop ready for Salem, got most things on my list, so left VERY happy. Got home and unpacked my bags and took out the receipt yo find my $40 dress has been charged twice! I only bought one :-( so, sorry had to mark...

This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to to Shop got there at 9 AM. They were not open. The employee was standing outside waiting to be let in by the manager. The manager came to the door. I asked him what time will they be opening he told me give him five minutes. Five minutes came and passed. He then came out to go get breakfast after nine. I asked him. are you open yet? He told me not yet chill be easy. He was an African-American guy with braids. You guys need...
