Just bad experience, don't have costume I wanted, ended up panic buying, they will tell you there are sign posted on return policy but they are small and there were only two. Secondly I bought another the one I wanted from another spirit and no one told me I could have exchanged my unwanted costume for the new one. So when I got to return my unwanted costume there is no refund. I ask if I have both recipes and costumes can you give me a refund because employees are not very informative about your policies. Mind you I did say glad I found this costume cause I bought one I didn't want and have to return it to the store uptown. Called coustomer service no help "we can only offer exchange ". Fine I can take my shar of blame for the debacle just make sure you are getting what you want and ask a million questions cause costumer service is not high on there priority list. Getting your money is. Enjoy it you won't get another dime or endorsement from me. Happy Halloween...

I was so happy until the manager started being very rude with me as well the employee Alan ( something like that, sorry if i misspelled), but anyway there was no need for such rudeness ,plus he was not wearing mask ??? The stuff they are selling is way overpriced which is fine , but it all has manufacturing defects , accessories are broken and can not be used even once , they donāt return or exchange their broken product but on top of this thatās the WORST and the RUDEST employees you ll meet in your life . The employee who I tried to talk to about exchanging the broken accessory yelled at me several times !!
