Update....We got our skis on time as promised. This place is definitely our new go-to spot to buy ski equipment or do repairs locally from here on out!

I stopped by the Sportiva Ski Outlet to get our skis tuned up for the season and had a great initial experience. This is the only ski shop on the Upper East or West side of town. We ended up buying a brand new set of skis and a pair of demo boots as well. The employees on staff that day were great to work with. Hopefully, we'll have our skis tuned up and back before Thanksgiving weekend. My son is excited to see...

I had a flight to Breckenridge at 6pm. Arrived at Sportiva at 2:45pm (I procrastinated). By 3:30, I had brand new , very comfy and affordable ski boots, ski socks, a helmet, and rental skis. I was running late but they still raced to make sure my skis were tuned waxed & bindings adjusted. All the workers in the store were extremely kind and knowledgeable, just good vibes all around. Went there hoping to rent a demo ski and do a buy out later. The first staff was really knowledgeable and gave me alot of good advice. However, they ran out of most options and gave me a basic ski. I rented it (70dollars for 4 days with the ski only) only because he was so nice and he told me that it could be credited towards future purchase. Came back to return, was greeted by another staff. I asked him about 70 reduction on purchases, and he acted as if i was saying the most ridiculous thing ever. I was disappointed by lack of mutual understanding...
