Chen Jin Tu — Local services in New York

This place is very unprofessional and lacks in customer service. Nobody greets you when you walk in. The first guy as soon as you walk in (Jason) is an ignorant and racist person. After a misunderstanding with my daughter not knowing he doesn't do gel manicures she was told to wait and the next available person would service her. So while she was waiting a customer came in off the street and was immediately serviced. So I'm talking to Jason to find out why my daughter was skipped. During the conversation, he told me that the worker didn't want to do my daughter's nails and then started getting loud with me. He proceeded to ask me if I don't want him to do my nails. Then he said and I quote "that's why they are scared of YOU PEOPLE". Immediately I felt appalled and angry and after a few colorful words, I left. I would never go back to that establishment again and I don't think any black person (you people) should give such a racist establishment our money. Horrible customer service at...

I feel like the review I did 2 years ago gave this place no justice. The color and design I chose was ugly before. I love this place, it's been my go to especially when im broke or quickly need my nails fixed, they do gorgeous designs and always greet me with a smile, I love this place, they have a variety of gorgeous colors and they have tons of designs to choose from. Plus they have really pretty charms, glitter and rhinestones, I always get compliments on...

This place is the best, I’ve had at least 4 different techs over the last couple of years and my nails always last weeks (3-4, after that i usually have to have them removed even though the design is still fully there bc they get too long). They don’t chip at all, and if you yourself mess up a nail they will help you fix it.
