I went here for a gel mani and gel pedi because I was in the area. First off cleanliness is not apparent here, the only reason I didn’t say anything is my social anxiety but I genuinely don’t think they cleaned the tools before my pedi, as well as no liner in the bowl. It just felt unsanitary. The actual pedi came out just ok a little messy because the polish was definitely old and had lots of streaks running through it. A different woman took me for the mani, she was extremely rough but that wasn’t the problem. She was rushing but I don’t know why, there were no other clients in the salon or scheduled appointments after me. So because of the rushing or maybe just lack of experience or skill, my mani is straight up bad. Like bumpy, streaky, messy, hairs in the polish, just bad. We went here because my friend lives around the corner. We both got dip manicures and hers turned out really well. However, I was taken first and mine was truly terrible. When it was done I had polish all over my cuticles, the polish on my nails was bubbled and uneven and my nails were poorly filed and the shape was terrible. The woman was clearly in a hurry. At the end I said I don’t feel like I should have to pay for something I would have to have removed tomorrow. They gave me a $2 discount despite admitting that my manicure looked terrible. Unsanitary!!!! They don’t provide nor use new foot scrubbers for every customer. They reuse those foot scrubbers on customers without sanitizing which can cause a spread of infections. This nail salon is unsanitary and concerning. I came in for a pedicure and she tried reusing tools and foot scrubber that she was using on another customer . I immediately told her to stop and proceeded to ask if she had new tools and scrubbers . she replied back and said no. so I kindly expressed how I didn’t want to go forward with my pedicure.
