Summit Nail Art Studio — Local services in New York

I went for the first time this past week to Summit for one of their monthly specials (highly recommend their instagram @nailstudio_summit for updates on these and all their art!). They do high quality nail art using Japanese gel. Manicures can last 4-5 weeks (I think for some up to 6!). Jasmine was so kind, a pleasure to talk to, and did a GORGEOUS manicure with detailed artwork. The details and level of quality are incredible. I will absolutely be back. For reference the monthly special I got was from their “simple” menu for $85. I would recommend getting in touch when you arrive as it was a little tricky to find in the building for the first visit but now I know exactly where to go. I’ve been getting my nails done by Jasmine for about a year now and went to her new location, Summit Nail Studio, today to get them done for the holidays! Sometimes I come ready with a specific design in mind and Jasmine makes it happen, and other times (like today), I have a vague idea and we experiment with colors & designs. I love that I was able to try a bold color and cat eye gel for the first time! My nails tend to be brittle and grow quickly, but they’ve never been as healthy & long as they are now with Japanese hard gel. I had never been a nails person before coming to Summit but Jasmine made me fall in love with this form of self-expression. I got gel extensions for the first time and she answered all my questions about the process and how to care for them. I highly recommend Jasmine because she is an incredible artist. I came in with some loose ideas about what I wanted but never having my nails done before was open to anything, so she helped curate a unique set of nails that were tailored to me.
