Caring, nice and funny hair salon! Came in to get my hair colored and got it cut a bit. First, customer service is amazing, offered to bring me and another girl food and water. even when we both said its ok they still brought us oranges and cup noodles Owner and employee always made sure and asked if i was ok. My hair took a bit long to finish. I started at 1:30pm and i believe i ended at 9:10ish but i understand its not their fault because the salon was very small and only had two people working there. Seems like they only take two people that want to color hair daily and one person if they want to get a haircut. I noticed they were very tired but even with the amount of energy they had, they tried very hard to still be happy and finish the job. I like small and not so busy salons so this place was perfect for me. He was also playing a bit of the guitar for his clients to listen to! He is very talented for knowing how to play some live music and for knowing his way around hair. They made sure my hair looked perfect. The price was great, not to expensive compared to what hair salon i originally was going to go to. Had to tip extra because i had a great experience at Kaka’s salon. Kaka and his coworker (I was in a rush towards the end, so didn't get a chance to ask his name) were awesome. They're serious about their craft, yet easygoing when cracking jokes throughout the longer-than-expected duration of time I was there (10:15am-5:30pm).

The reference photo I showed them was a lighter blue, but I trusted their advice and ended up happy with a more "natural" darker blue.

The whole day, I saw only the two of them (they do everything, including hair washing). The Google Maps hours are wrong: it sounds like their hours are 10am-8pm. Though, if you end up unknowingly calling before 10am like me, you'll probably be fine because it seemed like the number is Kaka's cell, and he generally picks up immediately because he was wearing an Airpod in one ear the whole time I was there. Looks like they can accommodate up to only three people at once. Other folks I saw throughout the day got anything from just curls for the day to a perm to going blond.

kaka is meticulous and pays attention to every detail of your hair when bleaching (after two rounds of bleach, he will go in and bleach tiny sections until his desirable outcome). he also uses products (such as lighter volume of bleach, not sure of the correct term) to not damage your hair as much!

i believe balayage requires teasing the hair, his assistant was very careful when untangling the hair. though there were others getting their hair done, she made sure to check up on my bleaching and coloring to make sure it was going ok.

i also loved the way he styled my hair after, working with frizzy and thick hair is not easy but he made it look effortless!

i believe that the price is fair for his amazing services. be sure to book an appointment as his salon gets very busy for walk-ins. would definitely...
