Update -
Once again we just happen to be by this store and needed maintenance done. As soon as we walked in Angel greeted us even though he was assisting other clients. It was a quick and effortless process. Additionally another client walked in while Angel was assisting us and again he was greeted and approached right away. Good to see such a huge difference six months later. 03/29/25
10/06/24 240pm to this nearby store. We wait on line since there’s a few people ahead of us, when the employee Randy looks up at us doesn’t greet anyone but keeps assisting the client ahead of us ( no worries ) but then once he finishes with the previous client he literally walks around us doesn’t acknowledge us and takes a client that clearly came in after us. Whatever pre-notion, prejudice, and bias he has against people of color needs to be addressed. There was absolutely no need to be experiencing this kind of behavior in today’s society. Much less at a local T-Mobile store after we’ve been a dedicated clients for over 10 years ....

I Way to the store in the upper west side , and Ben assisted me and made the transition seamless for me. I when I went back to the store with some questions, he both remembered me and took his time making sure all of my questions were answered. And I noticed todd he was exactly the same with other customers. He seems to have a great rapport with his colleagues which really helps for a customer experience. Read moreAs a Deaf customer, I visited this store hoping my issue would be taken care of. A gentleman named Miquel Perez approached me, and he was both pleasant and patient. We discussed my situation for a while, and knowing it would be a hassle for me to call the T-Mobile office myself, he kindly offered to make the call on my behalf. Thanks to his help, the issue was resolved. I truly hope Miquel continues working at this store—he deserves to be a manager! Thank you, Miquel, for your patience...
