TESOmini — Local services in New York

As a person who often goes to Test mini to buy things, this store is the worst experience I have ever been to. First of all, the store is very small. If you want to look at the things under the shelves, and your clothes accidentally touch the items behind and break them, they will directly blame you and want you to pay it. Even if you didn't say u're not buy it just suggested them better to tight cup and cup lid together in case in the future there’s someone break the stuff again. Their manager's attitude is very bad and rude. He didn't even try to listen and just blame everything is your fault and you need to pay it. Let me tell you something. I absolutely hate shopping in Teso. It’s not just me basically any person who isn’t Asian is followed around the store or blocked by a worker in middle of the aisle while they are looking around. Mind you, I used to spend $$$ when I first started shopping there but enough is enough. You have an associate fumbling around trying to pretend like they’re organizing or something when you see the same person aisle after aisle. I’m happy to find other skincare and hair care products. This Teso is the absolute worst one you could go to. As other people have mentioned the middle aged man working the register is miserable and will raise his voice at you for asking anything at all. Terrible experience every time I go here, I had a giftcard with money on it they scanned it took the money but it didn’t deduct from my total.
