Update May 26: I came in today since you rescheduled me for today and confirmed this morning that everything was fine and fine to come in today via text.

I did NOT demand nor ask for any free treatment; I REFUSED the free treatment that Lauren was offering in exchange for me taking down the review - in fact she offered me the free treatment soon as I walked in and four times throughout the session. (Also, as noted in my original review - I immediately declined the free treatment that was offered since there was no purpose due to scheduling issues.) And all throughout the process, I was polite - as Lauren was asking me about my day, my plans for the long weekend, summer, etc. I was honest in my below review, which Lauren also acknowledge this morning. So, rather than making this personal, LYING after BRIBING me & blaming me for being "harsh" - it would have been appreciated if this was handled professionally. Lauren outright asked me to take down the review in exchange for a free treatment area since she had MESSED up. I REFUSED. And there is a big change in attitude below vs this morning when Lauren was trying to be apologetic, and super nice - I guess it was all a SHOW / FAKE to take down the review. So, if I had taken down the review - this was going to continue for the next appointments. (And I had noted that I can update the review after better few experiences.)

But now you have taken the full payment and only provided less than half the service - without even refunding the payment nor providing the full services. Mar 24: there was a 45 mins wait for a 5 min laser service with Lauren due to backed up clients. (I missed my next appointment somewhere else as a result of the wait.) I also scheduled another appointment on the spot for Apr 24 for another laser session

Apr 24: I learned by contacting them that my appointment booked a month in advance is cancelled. There was no email (even in Spam) nor any other notification. I tried to reschedule via texting, but they didn't respond to my text on May 1 and then another text on May 4.

May 22: I followed up asking them if they can schedule me or refund me for my unlimited session. I received an apology for missing the texts due to a new booking system. And I was scheduled for today on May 25.

May 25: I arrive for my 5:30 appointment to be told 10 mins later that it is again backed up and they are not sure of how long the wait will be. I had to reschedule. They offered an extra free session - but what's the purpose with this much scheduling hassle and not knowing if I will be even seen on the day of the appointment.

I was really hoping for this to be my one stop shop for my hydra and micro needling facials also since I really liked my first two laser sessions with Tiffany (& had inquired about the facials), but it's been really bad and unprofessional with the scheduling mishaps the last...

Lovely people, lovely place, lovely vibes. I loved everything about this experience in this little UES gem. The RN's and aestheticians are extremely knowledgeable and experts at their craft when it comes to skin and body aesthetics. I came across this MedSpa while searching for expert body contouring services to help me alleviate stubborn belly fat on my abdomen and love handles that I have been trying to get rid of for years. No amount of cardio, HIIT, or dieting would just make this stuff go away. As such, I took it to the next level and came in for a consultation where one of the head-clinicians explained the plan for me that would help me achieve my goals and what are the precautions and expectations that I need to take in order to get best possible results. I ended up buying the TONE package, which includes a combination of their latest technology - the PHYSIQ, as well as a few sessions of lipo-shots to target in on the most stubborn areas. The PHYSIQ was a really cool experience as it does two things to your body: 1) it warms up the subcutaneous tissue enough to melt fat, and it sounds electro signals to stimulate muscle growth. After 6 sessions of the physiq, i ended up losing about 1" in waist size and i could see a little ab popping here and there. Next we did 8 weeks' worth of lipo shots, which is a special compound that contains deoxycholic acid that attaches itself to the fat tissue, causing it to swell up and eventually burst. After it bursts, the destroyed fat gets exited by urine or by oxygen! after each lipo-shot you are required to take ultrasonic cavitation, which the spa provides, however, in some cases and depending on your body you may need additional treatments which you can purchase anywhere as it's a very common treatment. the most important thing to do here is to a) have patience as it takes time for your body to naturally get rid of the fat and b) you need to drink plenty of water and gentle massage the areas in way a lymphatic massage is preformed to drain the body of the nodules. the clinicians were very upfront about the requirements and what I had to do which made me feel more secure and trust them with their work. it's now been 4 months since my treatments and my body has fully healed and i am able to wear dresses and shirts that show my stomach without any hesitation or shame! thank you so...

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the services that this place provides. The lasers are entirely different and do not hurt AT ALL. This is the only place that has drastically decreased my hair growth. I lost hope after multiple sessions with other businesses and the bodie co was the only one that guaranteed hope. Chris, who did my laser treatment, has never made me so comfortable with my body - no one has ever hyped me up the way he has.

Also, i received a treatment for my sunspots (cannot remember the name) on my face which were supposed to dimmish after a few sessions and they were gone after 1 session.

They are literally taking their time with you. This place has educated me through every treatment I've done. It takes a lot to trust someone and I promise that it is worth every single cent to go here - they go above and beyond.

I have never been given the care or knowledge like the bodie co has given me - the results are guaranteed. I've spent thousands on other professionals and have been left disappointed... but kept going because i trusted them.

The bodie co has always been driven to fix or meet my desires. I've always spoken up and told them my needs, in which the've met them. I cannot be happier with...
