My daughter and her bridesmaids traveled today to NewYork just to come to this store to purchase wedding day accessories, my daughter presented her tax identification number as asked, when stop at the door, and gave their other shopping bags to the sales rep, they proceeded to shop possibly spending, a large amount of money for wedding day accessories for herself and myself and bridal party, they were harassed the whole time, I was on the phone, the sales rep picked and picked about how they needed, a basket to shop , they said ok, then the sales rep found more things to tell them that they had to do the whole time while being followed and watched like they were going to steal. My daughter is a nurse a a major hospital in Ohio’s her bridesmaids are all professionals themselves, they gave the items back to the rep and left to let them know they would not be harrassed while trying to shop! Please make sure your sales reps are watchful but...

Terrible owner. Is RUDE and thinks she is doing you a favor by answering questions. Their jewelry is cheap and gaudy . Not good quality like Bluesky . Don’t offer discount off jewelry unless you spend $1000.00 up and it’s 5% off. Their return policy is terrible. They don’t allow returns after 2 weeks . So if you are out of state like I am you can’t return items that break or fall apart from the cheap wholesalers they buy from . They don’t give anything to customers on Holidays . I recently went to this location as I saw it had nice stuff on the window display. To be allowed access to this store, not only do you need your tax id, but also your seller's permit which I did not have on me at the moment., therefore I was denied access to the store.
