I fell pregnant in October and I was immediately eager to find work out classes that would help me stay strong and fit during pregnancy. I came across the Lotus Method in January and it is one of the things that has happened to me during my pregnancy journey! Brianna has been my main instructor and she is incredible! We do lots of exercises that have helped me strengthen not only my pelvic floor but also all different muscle sets to keep strong during pregnancy. And any times I have aches and pains that show up during pregnancy, she knows exactly how to treat it. Read moreI started working with Lane when I was about 12 weeks pregnant, and we worked together 1:1 and via group classes about 2x a week up until 39 weeks when I gave birth! Before getting pregnant I never exercised much, but was motivated to stay fit for the baby and to have smoother pregnancy and delivery. I am happy to say Lane helped me accomplish all of those goals - I didn't have much pain towards the latter stages of my pregnancy / was able to remain mobile, and I pushed baby out in under 10 minutes (which I am convinced is in part due to all the prep and work we did together!!). Read moreBEYOND GRATEFUL for finding TLM and being paired with Brianna for help with my pregnancy pelvic/back/buttocks pain. I attend weekly sessions virtually. I am continually amazed by Brianna's knowledge of the female body, her accurate assessment of whats happening in mine (through a screen - mind blown!!), and the flows/routines she creates for me that have immensely helped ease my pain and symptoms.
