I would like to know if this organization allows workers to have extra martial affairs and if female workers should be cursing clients not to speak to male coworkers because the male coworker is the female worker slide fling. This is a Christian organization - i guess. So i cant see why male house managers can't speak to clients because the female co worker[ married woman] curses at female clients not to speak to her man also be standing at the front desk just to see who is speaking to this male worker. Briarwood standards has dropped tremendously. They dnt help people in here. With all the donations they r recieving they just lock everything away and telling people they cannot help. Like really!!!! The Salvation Army which purports to be Christian and are even listed on a list of felon friendly employers in the northeast region Connecticut, NewYork have decided that what the bible says at 2 Corinthians 2:6-11 is immaterial. Onstead of receiving a repentant brother they have chosen to refuse employment to anyone with a record misdemeanor felony decades old it does not matter. Do not tout yourself as Christian when you refuse to adhere to biblical edicts. In fact they break the law by not honoring the state of Connecticuts Certificate of Employabikity. Read more. Attended a presentation of a sister NGO (non-government organization) in tandem with The Salvation Army. The primary venue of Mumford Hall was quite comfortable, with ancillary space more than adequate. . The New York Disaster Interfaith Services (NYDIS) Summit was held within the Complex that is Executive Headquarters for The Salvation Army's NY Division, which is spacious and utilitarian. The NYDIS host for this Summit were exceptionally gracious and welcoming. . The Summit itself was power packed. For those on a learning curve, this Forum was an excellent method of not only gaining a better understanding of the subtle advocacy of The Salvation Army, but understanding the core values and Mission Statement of NYDIS. . A very valuable experience that cannot be replicated . . ....
