REMOVE THE MISLEADING SIGN!!!!
I visited this UPS store because of a clearly displayed advertisement for notary services on the store window. However, my experience was highly disappointing and frustrating. Upon inquiring inside, a staff member bluntly informed me that they do not offer notary services. When I pointed out the advertisement, her response was extremely rude, accusing me of being blind and misreading the sign, which supposedly included the phrase "available at select locations only". However, after double-checking, I can confirm that no such disclaimer was present.
This misleading information is bad enough, but the staff's behavior was even more unacceptable. When I pursued the matter, seeking clarification or an apology for the misleading advertisement, the same employee dismissively told me it was none of her business (???). This is not the level of customer service one expects or deserves.
I strongly advise against visiting this store. The false advertising coupled with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff makes for a very unwelcoming and...
Read moreI had to ship something through my work corporate account. My work told me told me that I could take the package to the UPS store, show them the shipping label on my phone, and they would able to scan it, print the label, and ship the package. When I got to the store, they told me there was a $3.50 fee to print the label. I double checked with my work, and they said they had never heard of someone being charged to print a label. I had the label printed elsewhere, and brought the package back. The package wasn't taped up, because I didn't have access to packing tape, and I figured that since my workplace has a corporate account it wouldn't be a big deal for them to tape it. They told me they would do me a courtesy of taping for free this one time, but in future I am responsible for taping. UPS makes a lot of money every day from my work place, but they are hassling me over printing labels and taping. Avoid this location...
Read moreThe one star reviews are accurate. I recently watched an employee, Kevin, treat every customer as if they were a dolt—delivering little pedantic lectures to each one. He also seems to think malicious compliance is good customer service. He somehow found a way to make even the simplest transaction take four times longer than it should. The pre printed return label on the box that had a loose edge? He spent 4 minutes sighing, then finding the tape, then attempting to tape it down. Meanwhile, the line grew and grew. The woman trying to submit her passport renewal was treated like she was trying to sneak one over on the US Government. He spent almost 12 minutes lecturing her until she gave up and...
