horrible customer service, I purchased $600 worth of tops (2 tops for this price), and one got ruined following care instructions detailed by theory. When i asked for a refund, they told me "sorry we cannot locate this item so can't help you". If the item is out of stock at least offer a refund since it was ruined and no longer wearable! You will spend a lot of money but make sure you never need to clean your item because it will ruined and never be able to be worn again! Theory is not nice or helpful horrible...
