Guys, please never shop any full price items from this store ANYMORE.
Got a red skirt for $695 on Nov 18 in the store was told this was a collection item and will not be on sale. On Dec 13 when I checked again I found there is a 40% off on this item, and on Intermix there was a 65% OFF. I called the store, the Manager said the return policy is 14 days. I understand I passed the deadline by 10 days but requested to speak to a higher level person. I simply couldn’t accept I spent $700 on a $200 item and cannot return even for store credits just because I pasted 10 days (their online shop has a 20 day return period, very very confusing).

Very clique-y so no one comes to help you, it’s pretty disappointing I’m starting my new role at GS and was looking forward to wearing Tibi now that I can afford it. However the mistreatment was just too heavy, I felt so low. I decided to go to Bergdorfs where I met this fabulous stylist who educated me on cut, fit, fabric and actually shared his contact at Prada, where I scored a killer briefcase! Something Tibi claims to be a leader in, smh. I left with multiple styles, so excited. But soooo disappointed in Tibi, I was so excited to spend my money here. If this company was public and I had stock in it— I’d sell it!! Ugh very bad...
Read moreLovely items and shop, however, feeling rushed by the sales associate is something I don’t like. The store was closing at 6:30PM and we were there at 6:05PM - by 6:15PM we were told the store is closed. Throughout this time the sales person was not attentive, did not offer options, such as let’s check the online shop to see if that size is available etc. Maybe the sales person had a dinner to go to and wanted us out to lock up the store and go. Regardless, I didn’t care for this experience. Maybe Tibi should consider some new team members that put customer service first - it’s a shame to have this experience when the brand produces lovely...
