On December 24th, 2024 I had an excellent experience with Lan; she is an absolute gem and a textbook professional.
I can be clumsy and a bit awkward when interacting with people, but Lanās knowledge, candor, and patience made our entire interaction - and following transaction - smooth.
When a few hiccups arose in my particular Tissot watch, I returned to the store on December 26th, 2024. Luckily for me, Lan was present that day to help.
Despite the quite hectic post-Christmas shopping crowd inside the store, Lan attentively listened to me list all the problems I was having with my watch. She displayed genuine concern for my situation, and her following actions definitely showed me she cares.
As a solution, Lan brought out multiple of the same models for me to meticulously inspect and choose the one I liked best. I took my time with each watch, and not once did Lan break her focus or rush me in any manner despite the large crowd of customers. From start to finish, she was determined to help bring about a solution to my problems.
To make a long story short, the return and swap process was absolutely seamless and trouble-free. Thanks to Lanās assistance and professionalism, I was able to leave Tissot that day with a watch that since has not left my wrist, and makes me feel great whenever I look at it.
I initially went into Tissot not really expecting to purchase anything. Because of the experience I had, I have a newfound interest in Tissot watches. I will definitely be returning, I would highly recommend anyone interested in Tissot to ask for Lan.

I went on a mission to find another one. I called Tissot USA and they directed me to a dealer in NY, (I'm in OH). They stated they "may" have one incoming but to call the dealer to confirm. I called the number provided and was answered by Tousif. He was very kind and most importantly patient. I explained the situation and he started researching it a bit. I didn't have a model number, part number or anything, I could describe it and I had a picture but no detailed info. He was kind enough to give me his number to text the picture to, if it doesn't get any better, he was wearing the watch I called about!!! Through research and contacting Tissot himself, the next week I got the the text message that made my year!! They were getting it! He held it for me without a deposit and even helped with shipping it once it arrived. To top it all off, we found out we both had a passion for the motorcycle races, so when the the watch arrived, he included an autographed picture from one of the late racers!!! He stated the warranty does not cover the battery so I expected to pay the quoted price of 30 dollars plus tax. When I arrived, I was attended to by Carlos. As I stated before, he was very friendly and informative. He answered whatever questions I had in regards to my watch after he fixed it. I then shared with him that I had registered the watch because it was gifted to me two Christmases ago. When I showed him the serial number for the watch on the Tissot website he waived the $30 fee as a one-time courtesy. I was very thankful and I will indeed be returning to the store whenever I need my watch serviced....
