I had a very disappointing experience at the US Polo Assn. store in Times Square, Manhattan. The staff were unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we entered. One associate handed us a t-shirt and disappeared without any further assistance. Another approached us very slowly and seemed uninterested in helping us find what we needed. Eventually, both staff members went inside and never came back out to check on us, all while the store was not even busy.
We were polite and respectful, yet we felt ignored and even watched in a way that made us uncomfortable, almost as if we were being pushed to leave. Due to their lack of professionalism, we wasted over an hour just trying to purchase a few items.

I got paid 15 while new coworkers with no experience got 15.50. It’s also a very labor intensive job where employees are made to climb ladders to save on space for monetary reasons. I once got a record breaking sale of $1800 dollars and rather than get rewarded I was just seen as someone who worked too hard. It’s just a slave ship that sell cheap shyt. As she was on the other counter, I waited for her to get to the t-shirt counter. In the meantime, someone had a question, and she started to serve him. I was waiting like an idiot. I kindly asked someone else to help me, but I had to tell her it was unprofessional behaviour. She got upset, SHE GOT UPSET ‼️ Unbelievable! The man she served said that it was his fault and he apologised. She said that was nothing to apologise for as she didn't do anything wrong. She said that her colleague served me. Again, I waited like an idiot for minutes, and then decided to ask someone else. Anyway, I left without buying anything! I'm travelling worldwide, but I won't buy anything from this brand.
