Verizon — Local services in New York

I cannot say enough good things about this store, and Sam and Gary who own it. I had read all the amazing reviews, and almost didn’t believe them because they seemed too good to be true. But it was all true! I had the BEST experience buying my new iPhone here. Gary walked me through all my options, and helped transfer everything from my old phone. I felt so well taken care of! And I could see people from the neighborhood popping in to say hi, and sometimes get tech/moral support. Everyone loves these guys! It feels like a mom and pop shop, rather than just another soulless Verizon store. Sam and Gary are patient, generous, knowledgeable, and so genuine. And they were so kind to my dog. Do not go to this store! Some of the personnel are thieves. I had an iPad data plan set up for one month and then enlisted in auto pay after that. When I called Verizon to report that auto pay had not kicked in, having run out of data, the iPad mobile number I read out to them, they said, did not exist. I then received a charge on my credit card for a completely different devise number I didn’t own. The guy at the store, a tall middle eastern male, who no longer works there, even change my account PIN number so that I wouldn’t be able to access it. Spent hours on the phone with customer care to no avail, and they finally told me to dispute the charge with the bank. Next stop the District...

Amazing experience at this location! Ganesh was incredibly helpful in helping us pick out a plan that worked for my partner and I, listening to our needs rather than trying to upsell us the most expensive plan. He also helped get us set up with two new iPhones while helping us maximize our savings. I can honestly say it was a stress-free experience, and I never want to go anywhere else!
