Hello. 07.14 I was there. And I am very unhappy with the seller's behavior. At the beginning, I wanted to try on underwear. But all the fitting rooms were closed, the seller's call button did not help. I waited for 10 minutes and walked around the hall and looked for the seller. When I finally found her, she was very rude , and did not pay any attention to me. After I tried on the underwear, I wanted to return the sets that did not fit me, but the seller was also not there. I've been looking for her for a very long time to give away bras that didn't fit me. And I want to note that the store was almost empty, it was at 6 pm. After that, I paid for my purchase, and I had an urgent meeting. Afterwards, I discovered that I had left my sunglasses in the fitting room. I have an ostegmatism and my sunglasses have a special lens, I wear them during the day when the sun is shining. My glasses is expensive Ray Ben and a special lens for them. I returned to the store at 7:05, but it works until 7pm. Through the glass door, I saw the manager and the guard. I knocked and asked to open the door for me, showed the receipt that I was their customer, but they laughed and did not even come to the door. As a result, when I was already screaming, a guard came up. And he said something through the door, I was trying to explain where I left my glasses. But he left and told me to come back tomorrow. They didn't care, they didn't even want to listen to me. I was very offended. I am a regular customer, but this attitude is just terrible. I understand that they are not responsible for my things, but they did not even come up to me. The next day, I called them in the morning, but they just told me that they didn't know anything. And they didn't help me in any way. This is a terrible feeling, it takes time, money and a visit to the doctor to make new ones. They provide a completely terrible service, all I did was find a seller to take the underwear and try it on, and then return it, no one controlled anything, how much underwear I took to the fitting room, how much I returned, where to put it after fitting, I was very nervous, and of course left my glasses. Shopping should bring joy, but I don't want to ever come to a store again where they laugh at me, don't pay attention to me, and don't care. Read moreI typically do not write negative reviews. But today’s experience left me wondering about people who go into customer service. I walked. I had a great exchange with one of the employees. She was helpful and courteous. I walk into the changing room. There was no one there. I waited for a minute or so assuming someone would come out and point me to a changing room. No one did. I assumed it was self service and was about to enter one of the changing rooms when a woman came out of one of the changing rooms and told me to wait. Ok. That’s fair. She had been helping someone. Then she told the woman behind me who had just walked in to go into a changing room. That I did not understand. Then proceeded to have an ‘discussion’ with the guest about how her 8 year old child should go wait outside. She looks at me and the person behind me who has by now joined the queue. Walks inside. Doesn’t ask me to follow. Then calls out from inside where I can barely hear her to come inside ‘whenever I’m ready’. I figure she’s having a bad day which could happen to anyone. When inside. I needed some help with the sizes and I pressed the call button. She shows up after 2 minutes or so. And asks if I need help. She sounds frustrated at this point. Read moreI had a really mixed experience at this Victoria’s Secret location. When I first came in last week, I was helped by a friendly associate and was able to grab a few items on promotion. The service then was great. However, when I came back to exchange those items (they didn’t fit), I was surprised to be helped by the same associate — except this time, the energy was totally different. Her attitude was cold, and she spoke to me in a condescending tone, like I was a child. It was disappointing and honestly a little jarring considering how positive our initial interaction had been.
I understand stores want to put their best foot forward during the buying process, but I believe good customer service should be consistent — especially during returns and exchanges. The change in tone left a bad taste in my mouth.
To make things more uncomfortable, there was a group of police officers stationed right at the entrance, clearly visible from the checkout line. I’m not sure what was going on, but it made the shopping experience feel tense and uneasy.
