I recently bought 2 t-shirts here at $55 a piece. One of them developed a hole a few weeks after wearing it. I called Vince but they would not do anything about it because it was worn. It is pretty pathetic that they can't stand behind their products at this price point.
For comparison, I once had a pair of shorts from Lululemon that developed a tear after several months of use. Unlike Vince, they were happy to replace the shorts on the spot. That is the kind of service I am used to receiving when paying a premium on clothing. I've also experience great customer service from other high end apparel companies such as Cole Haan and Outlier. Vince is a big time fail in this department.
