I had a very poor experience with my over priced $150 appointment (not including the testing fees!). The nurse who first looked at me was friendly, but the doctor herself (Dr. Yekaterina Kuznetsova) was very rushed and uncaring. For one thing she took a good 5 minute personal phone call while I was waiting for her in her office in front of me. Secondly the examination she performed on me was only like 2 minutes long with a diagnosis that I knew was wrong because I had done some research online prior to the appointment. And when I pointed it out she was like oh okay... Then it must be this then started walking away immediately.
Then to top it off I was prescribed medication that should have been sent to the CVS pharmacy located on 41st and Madison, but the prescription was never sent there. I called several times to ensure that it was sent to the right place and they kept telling me that they had already electronically sent it in. Which was a lie, because they do not have an electronic system nor a working fax machine from what I heard from the pharmacists.
They also get annoyed and hesitant with you when you request them to physically call in the prescription. And it takes A WHILE to finally get your prescription.
My suggestion is to just not go to this place, there are far cheaper, more technologically advanced places with better service out there.
Also they labeled my appointment as cancelled on ZocDoc, so I am unable to review them on there for some...
Read moreThis review is for the office of Dr Lev Haimoff. Had my first visit to find a new PCP. Happy to say, my search has ended. He spent about an hour with me for my intake. I never felt rushed. I got the impression that he is a great doctor (I’m an RN at a local hospital, so I work with a lot of them). I thought the office was presentable and clean. Some previous reviews mentioned conflict with his office staff. That was not my experience. They were polite, professional, and did not make me wait. If you find yourself at odds with your doctor’s office, here are some helpful tips… Be on time. If you don’t show up, expect to pay a small fee. If you don’t receive a pre-appointment confirmation, try calling the morning of. Be patient, and understand that they are the ones in demand, not you. Be extra patient if it’s a sick visit because they are squeezing you into an already busy schedule. Thoughtfully consider whether your issue is one for your PCP, urgent care or emergency room. It’s really difficult to find a good, readily available PCP these days, and I’m so happy to have found one...
Read morePreface I'm a needle phobic and I haven't gotten a physical in three years nor full blood draw. I got my blood drawn today and the assistant was so gentle and paitent even when she couldn't find the vein. such a sweetheart! I let her take from my other arm which finally got the vain. It was so relaxing almost spa like. Of course insert did hurt but I think that was because of my own tenseness extraction super easy! She was super trust worthy
The doctor was an absolute gem made me feel relaxed and at ease and didn't make me feel like I was out of the loop on what needed to be done. I felt involved and like I had a voice.
The receptionist thought all business was super professional and found my insurance and tried to help me with that although nothing could be done atm cause the office for my insurance was closed. But she was great and we'll she tried! I called in prior and she answered right away they had an appointment available today so I took it .
Over all super happy with the experience thank you all! (I don't normally rave about things like this but this...
