Horrible customer service. I have been a customer for years. I walked in because the 80-dollar shoes I brought my daughter had given her blisters. I asked if the shoes could be exchange since this was the first time she worn them. Carla, a staff member who claims to be the manager walked out and immediately said that this wasn't her fault since my daughter was wearing these summer shoes without socks. I purchase socks so that my daughter who could barely walk, could be comfortable. My daughter obviously was still in pain. I then said, " these shoes are garbage". Carla took offense to this and said that I should never come back and that she was not going to refund or exchange them. She was extremely rude to a parent who clearly was in distress. She doesn't care about customer service or for the quality of the shoes she is selling parents. She showed zero concern for the condition of my daughter's feet with several blisters and was more interested in picking a fight to intimate. As a parent, I strongly recommend that no one shops at this store since they are not concern with the comfort of young children and more concern with "fake advertisement" of how good these expensive...

Let me start by saying I’ve bought at least 7 pairs of shoes from Windsor for my kids in the old location. I’ve always overlooked the rude attitude from the staff because there’s a lack of shoe options in the neighborhood. Today I took my son to the new location and was disappointed by the selection and inventory. They didn’t have his size in what he wanted so we didn’t buy anything. The woman told me she typically charges $5 to measure a foot, but that she’d “give me a break” because I’ve bought shoes in the past. Not exactly the kind of treatment I’d expect from a neighborhood shoe store. I like to support local small businesses but we will not be back if that’s the way they treat...

I have been shopping here for decades, for my son, now grown, since he was a toddler, and myself. The selection is excellent for the size of the store, and they specialize in comfortable, well made shoes, including some that are gorgeous. More than that, the staff actually knows something about feet and footwear, which is extremely rare these days. They take their time, measuring the foot, and working patiently to make sure the customer has something that will work for them. They also have a frequent buyer discount, which is great! I have seen them be patient and helpful to entitled customers who would drive me crazy. I can't imagine why anyone would give them fewer...
