Wow im dissapointed this is probably my 2nd time i got a horrible foot massage.....i requested for jack or lin my go to guys who understand the foot and give the best foot massage... i asked the lady for jack she said hes unavailable after my second time there and i called early today for jack...she says jacks not available i have someone good to so i sit down and this guy looks like a he just came from delivering chinese food or played pool at the local chinese pool place.....he was bad and didnt know how to give a proper foot massage.... his hands were slipping every where and was trying to squeeze so hard to try and give me a good massage but it was just hurting me and his face looked like he wanted to pass out sa you lost me as a customer all the way from...

After the best worker coco left the establishment the place went downhill. After being a customer for 4 years I had the worst experience. The worker which was a men and he was coughing and with a clogged nose, gave me a massage with the towel and did a really horrible job. He did not do the hot rocks which is included in the massage as well as no oil on the back. Will not be returning anytime soon! After explaining to the front desk person about the problem he did not even speak english and I wanted a refund or even credit for next time but he took my money before the massage as well as the tip so he scammed me. The worst message place I’ve ever been to. I had a 1 hour foot message and the message is okay. It’s honestly a little painful but on a bearable level. When I pay I tipped my masseur 10 dollars which is 30% based on the 35 dollars price. However, he asked for more tips and insisted of getting 15 dollars. What’s more ridiculous is I was told by the host that the percentage tip is not working out in this place and 15 dollars are the minimum.
