Woofwellness Studios is absolutely beautiful! As soon as you walk into the studio, you feel like you’re in a high end spa. The studio is laid out perfectly with a retail space so you can purchase clothing to support rescue puppies. There are numerous cubbies that you can place your clothing in, so you can change into your favorite yoga clothing. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, it’s not a problem. Yoga mats are provided and they are clean and sanitized after each use. The environment is super friendly, safe, clean and sanitized before and after every class. The mats are clean and the puppies are the most adorable creatures you will ever see. I guarantee you will want to take one or two home with you after class. :)

I have been to over a dozen classes and every class I get a special warm feeling in my heart for what Sophie‘s doing with these rescue puppies. I will guarantee you will be smiling from ear to ear during the entire class while you are trying to concentrate on your yoga poses, while these cute puppies climb all over you, kiss you and lick you during your class. There is nothing like this in New York City. And if you hear about another class somewhere else, it’s definitely a scam.

If you don’t go to at least one class, you will be missing out on a lifetime moment that you can share with your friends and family and I guarantee that you will book a second class and bring a friend or a loved one. I have to say that the classes at Woofwellness book up very quickly so make sure you follow her on Instagram And as soon as you get an email of a new class jump on it immediately and sign up. I was just up there last weekend for an awesome event called puppies and pints. After the class we were introduced to a local brewing company and tasted two wonderful beers. I can’t wait for her next event. I also just bought my third hat from Woofwellness on Saturday. I own a T-shirt and a hoodie sweatshirt and I’m proud to wear it around showing the clothing to the world. A portion of the proceeds are donated to the rescue puppies. Great class and nice to support the local rescue! The staff were very attentive to the puppies' needs during the class, which was great! However, the class size is a bit large in my opinion, at least it was when I went earlier this year. In relation to the amount of puppies in the class it was easy for some people to feel left out of interacting with the puppies during and after the class. Overall a great experience, but if you join with a large crowd or with some who end up grabbing the attention of most of the pups, you may end up leaving feeling like you didn't get exactly what...

Best company to work with they do so much for Rescue animals. Every ticket purchase a part of it goes towards the rescue doing puppy yoga that day, we have partnered with woof wellness for almost a year now and we absolutely love the experience for our rescue pups. The environment is always clean and sanitized for not only our rescue puppies but for the yoga guest too!! They offer corporate events and more even “BRING YOUR OWN DOG YOGA”.
