Last time I was here was between last week of may entering the beginning of June.

Super welcoming when I came here the last 3 times.

This time I come today I ask for a gel pedicure like I always do no biggie. I don’t get the same worker every time. So I tell her like I have the past 3 times I’ve been here. Hey btw I have an ingrown on both of my big toes so if you can do something about it so it doesn’t hurt anymore that would be great.

She says no I can only clean your feet.

And I’m here like this wasn’t an issue before like what do you mean you can’t do anything about it. She then says it hurts cause I don’t let it grow out. I say I’ve been dealing with this my whole like I work on my feet I can’t be waiting for it to grow out. They always fix it for me.

So she said we can’t cut it here. And I’m like ok if that’s your policy whatever I get it. But if your prior workers have done it for me. Then they probably have cleaned it out really well and didn’t cut. Do whatever I just wanna make sure this pedicure make my feet cute and not hurt when I lay in my bed

She starts do my feet and she’s like how’s that. And I said it’s still hurts on the sides And she said well it’s clean and she starts laughing. I say what’s funny about my toes hurting?

And she said I’ll ask my boss to see if he wants to take over. He asks has anyone cut it before I said idk but I’ve come here 3 time already I keep coming back cause you guys have my toes not hurt.

Long story short. They laugh when I said I didn’t want it anymore. Why would I spend money to have my toes hurt after?

That was the rudest I was ever treated here. Idk if it was the way I was dressed or my skin pigment or because I look like I don’t have money or something but I’m really disappointed.

I work 3 blocks away and it was super convenient that I had found a place who did a good job close to me.

If there was a zero star option I’d choose zero star! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. First off, the staff were not at all welcoming nor do they care about making you feel comfortable. They asked me to sit down, fine. I waited an hour past my appointment time! I left half way stating I’ll come back in 10 mins. When I’m back, they lady who’s in charge of my service is having her lunch break at 2 pm. They made me wait another 10 mins. Finally she came out, walked to my face and just said “follow me”. She was not in a rush at all by walking to the dog and petting it instead of taking care of a client that’s already seated. I saw a coat racket and asked “is that for coat check?” And handed her my coat, she looked at me as if I’ve offended her and responded “ you need to hang it yourself!” Finally she sat down, took a look at my nails and said I can’t do your nails. This left my shocked! Apparently they don’t do UV gel removals which they DID NOT point out on the phone. I waited more than an hour for nothing! They had such an attitude “ we don’t have the service to remove UV gels!” Then started taking everything off the table as of saying “it’s time for you to get tf out”. The nail lady’s name is Amy, and the manager of the store (a guy with ponytail and glasses) are the most unwelcoming people who work in the service industry ever. This kind of service is such a scum, should really have a bad reputation. I’d never come...

One of the worst service I’ve experience yet. I don’t even know where to start! I am speechless at what happened to me n my friends. We had 3 pedicure appointments. Our pedicure literally was less than 15 mins that’s with polish done. I timed it the minute they touch our feet. When questioned why we didn’t get a base coat on our polish. The guy responded this polish don’t need a base coat. You’re not fooling anyone. I am a salon owner myself so this is just horrible customer service. After we done w polish less than 15 mins. I questioned them why were our pedi so quick. Your site says 30 mins. He raised his voice and screamed saying that’s how they do it n that everyone is different. Skipped cuticle. Skipped based coat. Barely a massage. And was speaking Chinese the whole time. After we paid. They came and questioned about our tip? Tip is optional for any service industry. I am a very generous tipper. But Why should we tip if I came in expecting service and got rushed and screamed at? I do not recommend this salon at all! Even all the clients that were there were looking. They were there before us. But We were done before them. They do not deserve that many stars....
