ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO!

I've actually been coming to this salon since way before the pandemic (about 2017 or 2018) and i've been a loyal customer since they opened. But, after today's experience I will never be returning ever again. It's been probably about 3 years since i've been here because i had a baby and then the pandemic hit. My mother and i decided we wanted to get our hands and feet done and in total they charged us about $460 and thats not even including the tip!!!!! Firstly the store was absolutely filthy, trash everywhere and the bathroom was horrendous. They did not even use a liner for the pedicure tub and they do not sanitize the tools in between guests. There was no massage for the pedicure and they wiped my leg with a paper towel.... thats right PAPER TOWEL!!! I didn't even bother to argue after hearing this outrageous price... because its not even worth my energy to argue with a store thats just out right price gouging. I verbally told her i will never be returning and everything that was horrible and that was that. It is truly sad to see what once was a great store turn out to be such a sad...

I was still asking the lady questions and she just stopped talking. "Hello?" 😹 I called again thinking it was the connection. She picks up and doesn't speak. Before calling a second time, I asked her about reopening. She doesn't know what's going on here. Fine. Not a problem. Then I asks if she was the manager and that's when the silence came. Just absurd! Be kind to your potential clients. Without clients you have no business. This lady has 0 self awareness as a person. She should not answer the phone anymore and leave the customer service to a professional person. To reader; Thank you for your time...

This place has horrible customer service. You attempt to call them and if you speak English they would automatically say “bye call you back” and they will not return your phone call. I guess you have to be within their culture for them to respect you. Do not give these people business they are very unprofessional. I’ve been here three times.
