I found a beanie online that I wanted at Zumies, I saw that it was available at this location, online. I called ahead to check they had it in stock at this location -- they did, 6! great I decided to skateboard the 3 miles to the store from my house. I get there and ask to be pointed to the beanies. specifically the beanie I wanted and couldn't find it in the beanie section. I asked someone if they could find one in the back, 'there is no back - What you see is what we have'. I said I skated 3 miles from my place to pick this up cus you said it was in stock -- how are you going to make this right? That's a great question the girl said and handed me off to the Manager. He asked for the item number, sure enough apparently 6 are in stock. He couldn't find one in the store however. So I said have you got any discount codes or anything so I can buy this online, for my trouble and time and not being able to get the beanie today. He said we don't do discount codes. I walk out.
Get home, call Zumiez customer service to give them an opportunity to make this right before I write a review. I was on hold for 20 minutes and no-one picked up, 20 minutes is quite long enough. So here I am writing this 1 star review. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Everything seems off with this company; inventory check, client retention: nothing let's me know they value their customers....

One of the sweatshirts I brought in to return that was litelly worn to try on I was trying to return for even exchange with original price Tag and receipt. They claimed I cannot returned because it was worn. Again it was worn to try on. I didn’t think the color would go With most of my attire I have. They claimed it was too worn and smelled of cigarettes smoke when I do not smoke and it didn’t smell like Smoke I’m my opinion but ,Anyway long story short I’m disappointed in the way they assessed the situation. I was looking for an even exchange no refund. That’s all. Now that I’ve experienced this I doubt I’ll be as much of a reoccurring customer now. Shame but still love the few associates who go above and beyond to help and assist. Even though I’m disappointed, this has been my only bad experience here. Attention ro those future shoppers of zumiies just be aware returning or even exchanges...

I was greeted by Kenny and Jordy and they guided me through the store since it was my first time actually coming in. I usually order online. Jordy was super helpful, we had a great conversation about what type of tees I’m looking for and she showed me a couple sections of shirts I might be into. I found a shirt I liked but it wasn’t my size and Jordy informed me that she can order it online through the store account and it’ll be shipped to my house so I was really excited. I felt really comfortable in there and I wanted to thank both Jordy and Kenny. Both staff members were very enthusiastic and made you feel welcomed. Thank you again!!! Definitely...
