I ran into this store after my cellphone display broke and I needed a new phone immediately. In panic I went to this store for assistance as it was the closest to me from the appointment I was in. I am a family plan member and not the primary account holder. The associate told me I was due for an upgrade and told me he would give 100.00 off one the best samasung phones (he pointed to the wall that displayed an Samsung A53). I explained I couldn't spend more than 200.00 that is all I had as this was an emergency and I just needed a working phone and he assured me it was a great price for the phone. As he was setting up my phone for me I decided to get my husband the same phone as his display was cracked and feared it may happen to him as well so we discussed it and he gave me both phones for 400.00 I was fine with it and grateful and hurried home to my children.
When we got home my son proceeded to tell me that the phone was not an A53 but an A13 and that boost mobile online was selling them for 79.99 not 175.00 he also explained to me that only primary account holders are eligible for upgrades on their lines. Totally taken back I grabbed the box out of the bag and felt anxiety rushed all over. I was no where near the store I only went in there cause it was 2 blocks from my disability appointment and the receipt said no refunds only store credit and there would be a restocking fee. The dishonesty was astounding to me. I have called boost customer service and have been told they cannot do anything to help cause they cannot control in store issues they only deal with online issues. They by the way didn't tell me this until 4 days of contacting them and on the 6th day of pleading for help they said I have exceeded the time limit to return the phones (7 day return policy).
So fair warning, do not go into this store if you want honest customer care. And if you are able to, only buy your boost phones from the...

We had a sim card that did not work and they not only replaced the card, but actividade the sim card as well. It was such a pleasure to be able to walk into a Boostmobile store and get all this help from this amazing hub store and not have them push you to buy something you already did online. One staff member gave me the wrong price for upgrading (and the price was listed) and the other gave me the correct one, but tried to upsell me even after I called him out on it (I was beyond frustrated after being given the wrong price).
