I would like to share my experience with them. I bought a watch a while ago. I realized that it is kind a loose so I need to make the cord shorter. So, I enter the store. I explain the situation to the guy and he fixed it in 30 sec. After that he was asking me $3 for that. I said, I don't have cash with me and also I am surprized he was charging for that. I didn't see any store charge for such a small thing. Contrary, he was telling me, "Nothing is free ". I believe he doesn't know, I am potential customer and there is a term says that "Customer Satisfaction Necessary". I said, I have credit card. The guy get pissed and keep telling nothing is free etc. I said, I can get the cash from atm it is fine. After that, he did some calculation and he was asking me $3.26 if I will pay with the credit card. I said, Yes sure, you can charge that much. I believe for such a jewellery store, they have to be ashamed because of this attitude. Looks like, they need this even $0.26 cent so badly. I've been coming here for a long time. I'm glad that they are still here. There have been so many stores that have disappeared downtown. I am so glad that they are having on strong. The staff here really cares about their customers. They are attentive and try to give you deals on their merchandise. They have quality items you will like.

Also, if you need your jewelry fixed or cleaned they do a professional job.The employee that they have working on jewelry repairs and cleaning does an awesome job. I never had an issue. If you need your ears pierced, Rob does it right. He pierced my ears and my 2 year old granddaughter's ears. She's 9 now. Time flies.

I hope that they are around for a long time because services that they provide are few and far between. They are diligent in calling you when their services are completed, which I appreciate.

By the way, they have some beautiful flowers in their window display for Mother's Day, Graduation, Birthday, or just because. Stop by and pick one up, or make a bouquet. They are 24k gold plated. I was enticed while picking up my jewelry...

Had both my watches repaired by them, one an easy battery replacement and the other one was making loud spinning noises and it’s now working fine. The reason I give four is because when I first dropped the first watch the person barely talked, I just started explaining the issue he just gave me a ticket and said the would call. One week without news I decided to call, the person on the phone seemed a little irritated and said, we are going to call you ok? The person who fixes watches picks them up on Tuesdays! When picking up my watches the gentleman who helped me was perfectly nice. I will continue to bring my watches here but would appreciate a little bit more communication and perhaps a bit more kindness...
