Heytea - Downtown Brooklyn: A Must-Visit for Tea Lovers!

If you're a fan of creative and refreshing drinks, Heytea in Downtown Brooklyn is a gem. The ambiance is modern and inviting, with a clean, minimalist vibe that makes it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly, and service is generally quick despite the popularity of the place.

The star of the show, of course, is the tea! Their fruit teas are an absolute must-try, with the bursting flavors of fresh fruit paired beautifully with high-quality tea bases. I recommend the Grapefruit Boom, which balances the tartness of the fruit with the subtle sweetness of the tea. For those who love something creamier, the Cheese Foam teas are a unique treat—rich, smooth, and not overly sweet.

The variety here is impressive, with plenty of customizable options for sweetness and ice levels. The ingredients always taste fresh, and you can tell that a lot of thought goes into each drink. While prices are on the higher end for bubble tea, the quality and experience more...

I am writing this to give an honest review on my my experience here, I do not visit this Cafe very often but they are familiar with me and my order however my last time going to this location It was the dehumanizing. I felt targeted because of a simple spill! Which was very immature and racist.I email customer service and they alerted the store manager and they really tried to gaslight me. The drink spilled and I was asked to repurchase another drink. They took the time to map out the drink spill in a story book with a timeline email instead of stating that they are sorry for the misunderstanding. Will never purchase from this company on a whole. Not like I stole the drink was paid for but spilled. Not blaming anyone for a spill just disgusted that I had to debate for a replacement of milk and ice with some tea in in.The manager stated that I spilled the drink on myself which was a lie.Sometimes we a consumers have to take our money elsewhere and know our value.my experience is different from yours but I have a right to share this...

I used HungryPanda to order my drink for pickup to save time. I got there and waited 20 min passed my pickup time. I asked the staff to check on my order and they said it’s on the way. Meanwhile the people that came after me and ordered via the kiosk got their drinks before me. I don’t mind waiting if there’s a delay due to high volume but the system is really flawed and the staff is very incompetent, especially the ladies at the counter.

The problem is not staff shortage. It's the order it was made. Using the app should save us time but instead your orders get skipped over. Customers who came 20 minutes after me that ordered in person received their drinks before I did. When I inquired, all I received was an apology and it...

I've been missing the grapefruit pulp I grew accustomed to in my travels in Taiwan last year. But no more, I got the grapefruit boom here and my grapefruit pulp dreams are now realized - and only a few blocks from where I live. I was a little hesitant to come here based on some of the negative reviews, but I visited on a weekday at lunch time, my order was filled quickly, there was no wait, and the service was friendly. In addition, my drink tasted great.
