Norm’s Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The place is small. When I walked in ready to order there was 3 people there and all 3 acted like they didn’t see me. I had to say hello twice before I was even acknowledged mind you it was only one other person in there who already ordered. I noticed that they had a sign saying ask us about the free garlic knots so I asked the lady that was taking my order but apparently she couldn’t understand me to properly explain. The guy next to her spoke up and explained that to receive the free garlic knots I would have to leave a review and show them. I left a good review at first before I received my food so this is now the edited review. I ordered one plain cheese slice. There was hardly any cheese on that pizza let’s start there. Not only that but the pizza was salty and the lady left it in the oven for too long because it was a little burnt as well. The garlic knots.. well let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for it. Bring back real pizza! Why am I paying $3 for a cheese slice with more tomato sauce than cheese?! Will never go here again. First impression...

I've been to this location two times. They take cards even for a slice!

The first time I tried the cheese pizza. The cheese was fresh, and the slice was crisp. It was an average slice.

The second time I tried the Margherita Pizza. This is the slice to try! The crispiness of the slice is delicately balanced with the mozzarella and sauce. It creates a delicious taste with each bite! After this experience I think this is the pizza place to go to for specialty slices not for a plain cheese pizza.

The actual space is tiny and can be a bit of a hassle to navigate if there are more than six people there.

The staff is friendly, however, I wish they would direct traffic more as people tend to wait in the front even after they ordered, which can create an unnecessary log jam. Also this creates a situation where they put out a slice and there could be someone hovering above your food, I personally find that be an unideal experience as I do not want someone's hand over my...

We have ordered pizza from Norm's many times. This is the 2nd time I'm writing to complain. Normally, this is a solid place to order from. It is pricy but good. Yesterday we ordered and vodka pie was completely unacceptable. Whoever was doing the sauce and cheese as clearly in a rush and doesn't really care about making pizza. The sauce is completely missing from a large part of the pie. I don't see how anyone could make this mistake. It's like they weren't even looking at the pie when they were making it. The slices we did eat were tasty but no one wanted to eat the slices that were mostly cooked crust with nothing on it. Super disappointed. There is no real excuse for such a crappy pie. The other pizza we got, pepperoni, was fine. Not perfect but good. Pepperoni was maybe a little on the burnt side. Again, it was fine. Both tasted good but the vodka...
