I paid 44 dollars in additional handling fees and I didn’t know why at the time. An item in the package was damaged at arrival. I called UPS and I was told that because I was the one that packaged my items and not an employee, they will take no responsibility. UPS basically told me that it was because I put a mug wrapped in paper in a bubble mailer with some other things, which is maybe kind of stupid, and if the employees were packing it they would have used a box and wrap the mug and everything. But an employee WATCHED me pack everything, said nothing the entire time, printed the words “book snack mug” on the receipt, and KNOWINGLY charged me and shipped this package that was obviously packed in a way they apparently knew would not protect the items. The employee didn’t offer any box or help with packing or bring up literally any other packing options. UPS probably won’t take responsibility for damage due to not informing the customer but I would like everyone to know that this incident caused me a great amount of grief and I have been crying for two hours due to the sentimental value of the package and the damaged item. To add insult to injury, I was polite throughout the whole shipping and customer service ordeal, only to end up writing a review on Google Maps because there’s nothing else I can do. And UPS apparently doesn’t care about customer relations because the call gave me the impression that I would receive no reparations of any kind. It doesn’t matter obviously but I will never go to UPS for the rest of my life.

I agree with every negative review listed so far. The lady is rude the guy with the locs is rude. I went one day they were closing at a time that was not posted & the lady got an attitude because I didn't know that they were closing. I went another time there were 2 ppl inside the lady said w/ an attitude "2 ppl at a time" again no sign posted. I went another time, there was a sign on the door that said "Be right back 10 min" I waited 12mins no one ever came back. UPS I hope you read these comments & take action. This location is the worse. Whoever runs this location obviously doesn't care as things haven't improved.

The woman working at this UPS had no idea how to scan or activate coupons, printed $50 worth of documents with crucial information cut off by a frame border, and didn’t know how to adjust or cancel the print job. At a store marked “Print Services,” there should be a bare minimum requirement of the staff to know how to print.

So I wasn’t even going to leave a review but I just keep reflecting to my time here being wasted and ignored by a specific team member on Monday 9/22. So I ordered an item from Amazon and it had to ship from China, for return purposes, Amazon sent me a shipping label and I figured let me go to the UPS Store closest to my place of work to get some help. I go into the UPS Store a little after 3pm & the brown skin male employee in the front proceeds to ignore me and have a conversation with someone else. Ok, fine, the convo could’ve been previously started before my arrival. I wait for them to finish, me: “hi, I got this label and I would like to know exactly what are my shipping and packing options to return this?” Him: “oh idk it may cost $200 to ship because I’ve never seen this label before and neither has the guy behind me (the other employee)”. So I asked, “have you never see this before or the entire UPS never seen it? You guys never ship to China?” He’s like “never”, and proceeds to take the customer after me. So dismissive, not willing to help, and ugly spirited! You wouldn’t even call maybe customer service or to even ask the other employee to try to help me. He was so nasty and rude, and his personality and his looks should make him way more nice to people since you’re already hard to look at and see! So I hear the other employee say ok, I’m going on my break - at this time I’m near the copier because I feel stuck and uninformed. As the 2nd male employee leaves he comes to me like “hey, i think you have 3 ways to kinda fix the issue with the label, ask Amazon to send you a free one for a place in the United States, drop it off to the post office, or go to dhl”. I thanked him for all his information because all 3 options would help, I used the first method and was able to get the free label and send it off the next day. Why was it so hard for this bad personality, unappealing, rude, condescending, slothful individual to help me? As the first person you see when you come into UPS, you should be more willing to help! I think it was a gender thing because he helped all the men willingly! I forgot to get the 2nd employees name to give him a shoutout but being that my situation was so “unusual” and “never” heard of, he’ll remember his amazing help! Corporate should do a good cleaning...

I placed an order online for a print at this location. The order was accepted and approved as evidenced by a confirmation email. When I went in person to pick up my print, the front desk worker Michael told me that they do not offer that service and there was nothing they could do about it. He told me to cancel my order - there was no cancellation option with the confirmation email I received from UPS. I asked him how can I cancel the order, he proceeded to tell me that he is not familiar with the website and that he can’t cancel it. Then, he told me to wait a few minutes for an additional email from UPS. I waited another hour and no additional email ever came . I went back to ask about what he meant, since he told me to wait a few minutes for an additional email. When confronted, he told me again that he couldn’t do anything. I noticed that another customer was printing from the computer… He did not offer me to print at the computer as a courteous alternative due to their lack of transparency. There are no signs in the store that state that they do not allow online printing requests, nor is the site updated to prevent orders from being sent in. Additionally, I had to ask multiple times for the managers contact information before finally being handed a phone number. The incompetency on how to further assist me was shocking.

I called UPS customer support and have wasted an hour of my time being tossed in between lines in order to get refunded my money.

Save your money and time and avoid your...
