BACC Travel — Local services in Newark

Terrible! Bad after-sales, total neglect. I simply bought the ticket, paid more than usual with the intention of being entitled to the premium class, entitled to 2 bags and, without long stops, round trip to Brazil. However, I had to pay for the second bag at check-in, both on the way out and on the way back. I was unable to use the premium class on the way back; on the return they canceled my flight on a certain route, and i still had to pay for a private car to be able to board in another city. Not to mention twice that my flight was canceled due to Covid 19, and saleswoman Juliet simply did not answer my emails and I was unable to communicate with her by phone. The experience was horrible and the neglect of trying to solve something was even worse. I understand that it is a difficult time for everyone, but the agency should have provided assistance to reschedule the ticket and all other problems. Now, the truth is, they just want to sell. Always had the best experience with BACC travel, NYC. I traveled with them for years, was so happy to find an agency here in Newark but hate to say that I was very disappointed, horrible service, they act like they are doing...

Worst customer service ever!! They sound like they are doing you a favor and when you ask for information they put you on hold and then to voicemail....
