Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Newnan

My husband and I spent $20 on bagels just to have a bizarre interaction with a staff member. She was very fast, and we felt bad she was working by herself. We got our bagels and not our coffee. My husband thanked her for the bagels and thinking the drinks were forgotten, said “excuse me ma’am.” Before he could even finish his sentence the lady said “GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING. Working all by myself and nobody can say good morning.” She repeatedly yelled good morning right in front of him. Then she slammed our coffees down and turned around. She then yelled at the woman behind us that nobody says good morning and only asks for things. I was in retail management for years and could never imagine speaking to another human that way. Nobody was hostile or rude in the line. My husband and I concluded that the woman had probably already had a long hard day. I’m lost!!! Today was my first day after my sister told me how incredible it is to spend on carbs. We pull up to do an order to be told they’re out of poppy seed then told that some came out the oven. She ordered the $13 deal which includes two cream cheese. Once she stated that we had a separate order of another box we were told there wasn’t enough and that I could pre order and it will be guaranteed hot and fresh and they would call me when it’s out the oven. Well it takes an hour but it’s been two. I took the liberty to contact the store and got hung up on. When I tried calling back no one answered because it’s going to the busy signal. This is a turn off to me. I spent my money and I feel like no one is understanding how frustrating I am just trying to get an answer for some bagels and cream cheese I paid for and they close at 2. 🤦🏾‍♀️ This will be my first and last time and I’m leaving this review so someone can hear me out since I still haven’t received a call...

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. First, when we arrived at the register to order, the cashier had some difficulty entering an item so the manager came over to help. We ordered two combo meals, but it would appear that the manager cleared what the cashier had entered and started over without telling us. The total was $18, but when the food came out, we received one meal and one coffee. This was after thirty minutes of waiting. Thinking the kitchen was still working on my meal, I walked up to the counter to check on it. This is when the manager told me that I had only ordered one meal and would need to place another order.
