I don't understand what the great hype is over these folks burgers. My family had just left Sky Zone further down the road and was hungry. We had three kids with us so we kept them pick They wanted burgers so let's try Red Robin. The restaurant is appealing because of the decor. Red is catchy I will give them that. We were seated really quickly. However we were facing the window and the sun was blazing in our faces. I couldn't see who I was talking to but we didnt ask for another table because it was 5 of us and the restaurant was getting kind of crowded with families. This is a very kid friendly restaurant.
Our server took our order but she seemed like she was on a timer or something. I try not to attempt to order unless I know what u want. My bestie without fail will always have a million questions. It took awhile for us to get our food. Understandably so because again it was getting busy. The burger on the menu and the burger I got seemed different. Maybe I expected it to be bigger. Well yes I did but it was not. Okay maybe the taste is bomb! Bit into my sandwich and the burger was soft and tender. Yes tender. Maybe its just me but I like to feel like I'm eating hamburger. This burger was kind of thin and soft. It was okay but I've had better. The kids enjoyed themselves however so that's all that matters.
Oh and one other thing. This place could use a deep cleaning. The smell from those rugs are bad. You can smell it throughout the restaurant. Management I hope you are looking at...
Read moreWe came and ate here last night and never in my life did I think we would be accused of stealing!!! We will never ever come back to this location after what happened. We have been to this location several times and even had the same server before as well. After we ate, my son and I went to the car while my boyfriend stayed behind to pay and use the restroom. When my con and I went to the car, our server and manager of the place comes running out to my car with the kiosk in her hand demanding me to pay the bill. I was in shock and of course embarrassed as hell. I told her my bf is paying the bill and that he’s inside in the restroom. She proceeds to tell me he’s not at the table and I need to pay the bill. I again said I’m not paying the bill my bf is inside in the restroom which is why he’s not at the table. I said we are not those kind of people that walk out and don’t pay our bill for our food. Then they both just turned around and walked back inside. No apology or anything. I immediately called my boyfriend and told him what happened as he was in the bathroom. Our bill was 73$ and change and since we were accused of being thieves, she received only a 7$ tip. She’s lucky she even got that after accusing us of stealing. I am absolutely baffled this happened as we’ve been there many times to eat and now never want to come back after that!!! Not to mention the fries last night were drowning in salt. You guys have lost our business as we are...
Read moreI had never eaten at a Red Robin before so I was excited to cross it off my bucket list. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant itself was clean and the decor was very easy on the eye. The food when -it wasn’t wrong- was good but that’s about all the praise I have though.
When we received our drinks, the margarita had black particles in it and so we had to send it back. The waitress had asked if we wanted the burger pink or well done; we said well done but the burgers still had pink in the middle. When I received my burger, an avocado and bacon, my burger had a pitiful amount of avocado and zero bacon. All of this sounds innocuous in isolation but frustrating happening back to back.
The cinderblock that broke the camels back was when we had also specifically asked for no pickles on one of the burgers because my family member is allergic. However, not only did the burger have pickles on it, but another burger that we had asked whether or not had pickles also had them when the waitress said it didn’t. When I asked the waitress about it, she said, “You should’ve mentioned they were allergic at first.” No? I mean, whether I have a person in my party who is allergic or not, if I asked for a burger with no pickles, it shouldn’t have them! I realize this isn’t the waitresses fault, but they really need to get their act together in the kitchen especially considering the price of...
