Zales — Local services in Newnan

A couple of years ago we went to the Douglas location and we were talking about getting an additional band to my wedding set. Aaron was great but we weren’t able to purchase the band that visit. When we went back later, Aaron had left that location and the person who worked there wasn’t very willing to help at all so we left that location very disappointed that day. Fast forward to this year and we just happened to walk in the Ashley Park location and there was Aaron! Imagine our relief because he already knew what we were looking for and was more than willing to help. His great attention to detail and superb customer service is unmatched by any experience we have ever had in the past. It would behoove anyone looking for excellent quality in customer service and jewelry to go specifically to this Zales location and ask for Aaron. You won’t regret it. Samantha is AMAZING!!!! She is super sweet, very professional and I love her spirit. I had to drop off my beloved Marilyn Monroe ring from their collection to be fixed and she was very thorough with the entire process of how they are going to fix it. She also gave Instructions on how and when to pick it up. She made entire experience with her very comfortable and pleasant. There was a guest who came in and was very, very rude to Samantha‘s co-worker. Samantha was very professional and very nice to the lady, she calmly explained to the unruly customer why her item did not come back the way she expected. The customer was still rude and nasty by the way she was acting and speaking to both Samantha and her coworker, which I did not appreciate. Recently, I visited this Zales during a special diamond show event. In addition to their everyday wide selection, they also had many diamonds and settings to build a unique piece. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Aaron assisted me with creating a free Zales account so that I can save jewelry that I like, be notified of special promotions in their store, and earn rewards for my purchases.
